Segura Dance Tunes provides beautifully recorded traditional English Country Dance music designed for dancing classes and clubs. All tunes are recorded with honors on one or two fiddles and may be purchased for $10 each. For information about the structure of each piece please see the description. If the structure does not suit your needs, tailoring is available at no further cost.

Purchasing a recording entitles the purchaser to its use as often as desired on one device for the purpose of live instruction or performance. The sharing of purchased tune files is not allowed unless specifically written permission from Segura Dance Tunes has been sought and granted.
The Fiddler
Mei-Li Garcia
Immersed in both folk and classical music through her talented family in her native Spain, Mei-Li discovered the rich tradition of British Isles music soon after moving to Virginia. Having earned a double bachelor’s degree in Music and History from The College of William and Mary, Mei-Li moved on to pursue all manner of musical endeavors eventually returning to her alma mater’s home town, Williamsburg, VA where she became a musician for the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, the largest eighteenth century living museum in the world. As a music interpreter for Colonial Williamsburg, Mei-Li had the pleasure of accompanying numerous dance programs and demonstrations of English Country Dance. The lack of music recorded specifically for teaching ECD sparked the idea of creating a website dedicated to the production of music in a format specifically designed for ECD, and Segura Dance Tunes was born.
